Grant Writing
Improve your chances of being awarded those elusive grants. I have been a successful grant recipient, administrator and reader and can provide fresh insight and assistance with your grant writing. There is no cost for the grant writing assistance, with the understanding that at least 10% of the grant budget is allocated to professional development to be provided by MentorToGo Vision Planning Partner.
Implementation/Professional Development Workshops
The most time-consuming part of providing professional development workshops is the planning and preparation. Take advantage of our vast experience and repertoire and provide customized curriculum-based workshops for your staff without adding to anyone’s workload.
Classroom Support
Provide support for your teachers as they integrate the new technology in their classrooms. This helps them with the new classroom management issues that may arise when integrating technology into the curriculum.
Professional Development Content on the Web
You may choose to put the professional development materials on the web as helpful a resource and follow-up. The web is an effective, inexpensive means to publish curriculum, class policies and events. Coordinated professional development can help all stakeholders develop materials for the web.

Communication Tools
Add impact and clarity to your message by using effective images, video, audio, or animation to your project. We can help with the planning and creation of media to enhance the communication of your message. Media makes it memorable!

Web Design
Let us help you design and create your web site, whether you want to b uild it yourself while learning how to become a web author, OR have us do it all for you! The process of building a web site consists of:
- Site Planning
- Web Page Development
- Uploading and Maintaining the Site

If you would like to be able to create and control your own web site, you may need assistance in:
- Planning and designing a simple web site
- Learning how to create a web page (which is a lot like word processing)
- Learning how to upload your web site
- Understanding what is involved in maintaining your site
Rate:
It is approximately a 6-8 hour process to facilitate the planning of the web site and learning simple web authoring.
It works best if all stakeholders involved in the web site participate in the workshop.
Cost: $500 for up to 8 hours of consulting; $90/additional hour |
If you would prefer to have it all done or you have a complex site in mind, we'll do it all:
- Planning and designing your web site
- Developing the web page
- Creating and/or adapting graphics for the web
- Uploading your web pages
- Making requested modifications to the page
Rate:
Initial consultation (up to one hour) is free of charge.
Web page construction and web graphic design to be charged at an hourly rate of $90/hour.
Minor modifications after the web page is complete will be made free of charge. |
